All online purchases are final, we don’t accept any returns. Only store credit while restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping.

All electronic equipment has a 30-day warranty with Latinas Beauty Supply only due to mechanical damage. After 30 days the guarantee is directly with the manufacturer. Warranties vary by company. Please read the warranty of the maker. Electronic equipment in liquidation have no guarantee with Latinas Beauty Supply, only direct with the manufacturer. Hair extensions have no exchange and or refund. Merchandise on liquidation or on offer is not entitled to warranty, or credit. sale is final. Chemicals, brushes, nail brushes, scissors, cosmetics, files, buffers, hair tools, dyes, keratin will not be changed. All our products are for professional use. It is the customer's responsibility to read the instructions or ask any questions before using the product.

How do I pay with a Latina’s Beauty Supply gift card?

In checkout, enter your gift card number in the Order Summary section to apply the balance toward your purchase. You can pay any remaining balance with your credit card.

Do you ship worldwide?

No we are currently not shipping world wide. Only to the United States, and Puerto Rico.
